About Terpsichore Collective ChoreoLab

Terpsichore Collective launched the ChoreoLab project in February of 2025 to support and develop area choreographers by providing space and performance opportunities for creating and sharing new dance works.

Six to eight choreographers are selected, at various career stages and levels of experience, and are given rehearsal space, mentoring and/or feedback, and opportunities to present their work in the Dancing in Summer, The Festival Choreography Showing, and in the pre-concert ChoreoLab Showcase, held immediately before Terpsichore Collective’s Autumn Concert.

Tickets to the concert gain audience members access to the ChoreoLab Showcase.

Participants receive a video and photos of their work for documentation and to use for submitting

to other dance organizations for future opportunities.

Some works may be selected for further development and to be performed by the company in future seasons.
